Overview
Azevtec developed advanced yard automation technology that required clear, credible communication for buyers and partners. I led the development of a cinematic explainer system that translated complex operational logic into an intuitive, business-focused product narrative — establishing a visual foundation that could scale as the platform evolved.
The Challenge
Azevtec’s automation platform managed large-scale industrial yard operations — a powerful but abstract system that was difficult to communicate without visualization. The challenge was to transform highly technical processes into a clear, trustworthy, and strategically positioned product story.

My Role
As Creative Director, I led the end-to-end development of the visual storytelling framework — defining how automation logic, routing intelligence, and system scale would be translated into a cohesive, credible narrative.
- Creative Direction: Defining the visual storytelling approach to explain complex automation systems clearly
- Motion Design & VFX: Designing animated systems, data overlays, and spatial logic to visualize invisible processes
- 3D Visualization: Building scalable environments and assets to represent large-scale yard operations

The Solution
The solution centered on building a modular explainer system that visualized Azevtec’s automation platform in action — grounding complex routing, trailer movement, and system intelligence within a clear spatial narrative.
The approach emphasized:

- A restrained, professional visual language to build trust and credibility
Rather than relying on abstract diagrams, the film grounded the technology in real-world environments, making the system intuitive and accessible.
