LAUNCH ECOSYSTEMS
Connecting creative across products, channels,
and markets into one cohesive launch experience.
A product launch rarely stays singular.
What begins as one product quickly expands across imagery, motion, packaging, product variations, regional requirements, and customer touchpoints.
Producing each asset is only part of the work. The greater responsibility is keeping those expressions connected so the product continues to tell one coherent story as the launch expands.
One launch.
Multiple expressions.
ALIENWARE · m15 R7 + m17 R5
The Alienware m15 R7 and m17 R5 shared a visual foundation across standard product imagery, beauty imagery, and motion — creating a cohesive presence across the laptop family.
While the visual language remained consistent, each model carried different launch requirements. The m15 R7 expanded across multiple short-form animations and a full-length product animation localized for English and Portuguese, while the m17 R5 included its own dedicated motion execution.

Dell S2721HGF Gaming Monitor
The S2721HGF launch extended across packaging, standard product imagery, beauty imagery, and motion — each serving a different customer touchpoint while representing the same product.
Different outputs. One connected launch.
A launch ecosystem doesn’t require every product to follow the same formula. The mix of creative changes with the needs of the launch while the product experience remains connected across each expression.

Connecting Creative Direction with Execution.
My role extended across creative direction, production alignment, quality oversight, and hands-on execution — helping maintain a consistent product story as work moved across teams, formats, and launch requirements.
Creative Direction
Establishing and maintaining the visual direction across launch assets, formats, and executions.
Production Alignment
Connecting creative requirements with schedules, dependencies, and production needs.
Quality Governance
Reviewing work across outputs to maintain consistency and execution standards.
Hands-On Execution
Contributing directly to CG, imagery, motion, and post-production when the work required it.
The Launch Feels like One Experience.
Individual outputs may serve different products, channels, markets, and moments — but they shouldn’t feel disconnected from one another.
By aligning creative direction with production and execution, each expression can serve its own purpose while contributing to a cohesive product story.
